How to use
Pick what you want to do and we will show you which screen and what order.
Getting started
Set up your workspace, create a project and bring in the people you work with.
- Getting started with the Workspace This is what an IP Provider administrator does when they first receive a Workspace. This only needs to be done once before creating a project, and can be modified at any time later.
- Starting a project This is what the IP Provider manager does when first creating a project. It only needs to be done once before the Partner uploads products. It takes about 10 minutes.
- Invite members and assign roles Manage people participating in the project. Anyone in the project can send an invitation email, but approving the join request and assigning roles is done by the IP Provider administrator. The Partner side receives invitations or joins directly from the project list.
Create a product and get approvals
Register a product and take it to launch, getting approvals at each stage.
- Submitting and getting approval for Concepts Before creating Products, you organize your ideas and concepts to get approval from the IP Provider. One Concept is submitted per Approval request, and everything that goes back and forth from the request to review and approval remains in the Concept details. Concepts must be approved before you can register Products.
- Registering Products and Advancing Stages View the current stage of a product from planning to launch all on one screen. Set stages, assign owners, and advance products to the next stage while obtaining necessary approvals.
- Requesting and reviewing approvals Products and Promotional materials require approval from the IP Provider to move to the next stage. We provide a step-by-step guide on the process of Partners submitting requests, IP Providers reviewing them, and resubmitting after receiving revision requests.
- Getting Approval for Promotional Materials Partner registers deliverables to be used for advertising or promotion, and IP Provider approves them.
- Configuring stages and approvals This is the setting that determines the sequence in which Products progress and what needs to be approved before moving on to each stage. Since this is the part where users get stuck the most when using the system for the first time, we recommend reading from here.
Contracts, labels, settlement
Register contracts, issue labels, settle payments.
- Registering and finalizing Contracts License terms agreed upon by the IP Provider and the Partner are recorded within the project. Once a Contract reaches the Approved status, the Partner can register Concepts and Products within those terms, and if the IP Provider has enabled the Label issuance permission, they can also apply for Label issuance.
- Applying for and Issuing Labels Authentic authentication labels attached to products are called labels. When a Partner applies for the required quantity, the IP Provider reviews and approves it, and then issues the physical labels. Let's look at that process together on this screen.
- Recording and Settling Payments Record payments generated from Contracts on a case-by-case basis, and bundle payments from a specified period to finalize them as Settlements. Manage Royalty, label payments, and additional payments in one place, and calculate the final settlement amount by reflecting even the Minimum Guarantee (MG) conditions.
